Bank Aims to Meet Needs of Diverse Customer Base

A California based bank desired an inclusive and informative mortgage experience for their diverse community. Our solution was to provide learning tools and applications in both English and Spanish with intent to expand down the line. Prior to this implementation their website did not include an online application and simply directed members to contact a Loan Officer by phone.
